To enable continuous Client support Everest provides designated Account / HR Managers for all the client engagements. The manager is available to the client during the work week to address any Client or Consultant concerns. They are reachable via any communication medium including email, telephone (Personal & desk phone), or any other preferred channel by our client. Due to any unforeseen circumstances, if the designated Manager is not reachable, the client can always connect to the senior levels as a second level of support. This further corroborates that Everest’s team responds to any incident / additional-requirement which can be critical to our Clients' business and thus actively work to have an uninterrupted support to our clients' business.
